Terms of Service

1.1. DiscordForge ("Platform") is a web service for browsing, promoting, and discovering Discord bots, servers, and templates.

1.2. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1.3. You must be at least 13 years old to use DiscordForge, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.

1.4. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, including EU regulations.

2.1. You sign in to DiscordForge using your Discord account via OAuth2.

2.2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3. You must not share your account or use someone else's account.

2.4. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

3.1. You may add a Discord bot to the Platform if you are its owner or have authorization from the owner.

3.2. Bots must not:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Contain NSFW content without appropriate labeling
• Engage in spam, phishing, or scam activities
• Collect user data without consent
• Mislead users about their features or functionality
• Include malicious code, malware, or exploits

3.3. We reserve the right to remove any bot at our discretion, with or without notice.

3.4. You retain ownership of your bot. By listing it on DiscordForge, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display its name, description, avatar, and screenshots on our platform.

4.1. You may add a Discord server if you are its owner or have Manage Server permissions.

4.2. Servers must not:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment
• Contain primarily NSFW content without appropriate labeling
• Be used for raiding, doxxing, or coordinated abuse

4.3. We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion.

5.1. Users may submit Discord server templates to the Platform.

5.2. Templates must not contain offensive channel names, harmful configurations, or violate Discord's guidelines.

5.3. By submitting a template, you grant DiscordForge the right to display and distribute it on the platform.

6.1. Users can vote for bots and servers once every 12 hours.

6.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to vote
• Buying, selling, or trading votes
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes
• Incentivizing votes through misleading means
• Any other form of vote manipulation

6.3. Violation of voting rules will result in removal of your listings and a permanent account ban.

7.1. Users may leave reviews and ratings for bots and servers.

7.2. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience.

7.3. Reviews must not contain hate speech, personal attacks, spam, or false information.

7.4. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

8.1. DiscordForge offers paid Premium and Forge Boost plans.

8.2. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8.3. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8.4. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8.5. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no premium features have been materially used, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

8.6. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes.

9.1. The DiscordForge platform, including its design, logo, code, and content, is the intellectual property of DiscordForge.

9.2. You retain all rights to the bots, servers, and content you submit to the platform.

9.3. By submitting content, you grant DiscordForge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform.

9.4. You must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the DiscordForge platform without permission.

While using DiscordForge, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to distribute malware or harmful software
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate other users, bots, or DiscordForge staff
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without authorization
• Circumvent any security or access controls

11.1. DiscordForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

11.2. We are not responsible for the operation, safety, or content of bots and servers listed by users.

11.3. You use third-party bots and join servers at your own risk.

11.4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

11.5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscordForge's liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the preceding 12 months.

12.1. You may delete your account at any time.

12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

12.3. Upon termination, your listed bots, servers, and templates will be removed from the platform.

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.

13.3. If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer rights granted by your country of residence.

14.1. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

14.2. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notifications or email.

14.3. Continued use of DiscordForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
