Outreach Scout
Our AI pipeline finds promising bots and servers, vets them, and drafts the pitch DM for you. You review what it found, copy, send. You also help review new submissions and grant perks to solid projects. First official staff role at DF.
- Comfortable copy/pasting and lightweight Discord DMs
- Good judgement on what makes a project solid vs spammy
- Active enough on Discord to send DMs and follow up
Listing Reviewer
Hand-verify every bot, server, and template submitted to DiscordForge. Run sandbox tests, flag ToS violations, scams, and spam, and send creators actionable feedback.
- Familiar with Discord bots, ideally a developer or power user
- Sharp eye for ToS violations, spam, and scams
- Willing to install and test bots in a sandbox before approving
Support
Assist users with their questions, technical issues, and general inquiries. Help resolve billing problems and provide guidance on using DiscordForge features.
- Patient, helpful, and clear in communication
- Good understanding of DiscordForge platform features
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Moderator
Keep the DiscordForge server welcoming and on-topic. Handle reports, issue warnings and timeouts, welcome new members, and back up the rest of the team.
- Active on Discord and familiar with moderation tools
- Calm under pressure, fair, and consistent
- Available across multiple time zones (flexible hours)
Community Manager
Run events, AMAs, giveaways, and announcements. Engage with users on X and Reddit. Build relationships with top bot developers and platform partners.
- Outgoing, friendly, and a strong written communicator
- Comfortable on social platforms (X, Reddit, Discord)
- Genuine spark for events, content, and people
Administrator
Lead the moderation team, handle escalations, shape policy, and coordinate staff schedules. Most admins start as scouts, moderators, or reviewers.
- Prior moderation or community leadership experience
- Comfortable with judgement calls and tough conversations
- Reliable, organized, and good at delegating
